Regan Mudhar
Postgraduate
I am a second year PhD student studying the stratospheric pathway and far-flung influences on mid-latitude climate and weather extremes, as part of the wider ArctiCONNECT project. I am part of the NERC GW4+ Doctoral Training Partnership and my supervisors are Dr William Seviour, Dr Stephen Thomson, Prof. James Screen (University of Exeter), Prof. Dann Mitchell (University of Bristol), and Prof. Adam Scaife (UK Met Office).
As of January 2023, I am undertaking a four month project to review the detection and attribution of UK climate change ahead of CCRA4. The team consists of Prof. Richard Betts, Prof. Peter Stott (University of Exeter, UK Met Office), and Lauren Brown (University of Bristol), and is led by Prof. Dann Mitchell.
Previously, I graduated from the University of Bristol in the summer of 2019 with a MSci in physics with astrophysics, before working in finance for 2 years.
