Mathematics and Statistics

I am a PhD student in Mathematics specializing in dynamical systems theory and applications in climate tipping points. I am particularly interested in large deviations theory and systems driven by chaotic forcing.

Within the EU-funded PhD training network “CriticalEarth”, Professor Peter Ashwin is my main supervisor, and I visited IMAU in Utrecht (Netherlands) and Prof Niklas Boers’ group at TUM (Germany).

Previously, I did a Physics Bachelor’s and Master’s degree at the University of Cologne (Germany).
