Oscar is a PhD student in the Environmental Intelligence CDT at the University of Exeter. His research develops and evaluates human-centred large language model (LLM) smart agents for advanced geospatial reasoning and natural language interaction with Earth Observation (EO) data. This work aims to improve accessibility of EO insights for non-expert users across policy, science, and community contexts. He works at the intersection of computer science, environmental science, and social science, with a focus on Responsible Research Innovation and capacity-building in the Global South.
