My research combines mathematics, including dynamical systems theory and machine learning, and data science to uncover the underlying mechanisms of physiological systems in endocrinology and neuroscience.  Through interdisciplinary collaborations, I bridge mechanistic and data-driven modelling from fundamental to medical applications.
