Lecturer
Mathematics and Statistics

I am currently a Lecturer in Statistics and Data Science at the University of Exeter. Previously, I held two Postdoctoral Research Fellow positions in the Mathematics Department of University of Exeter. I did my PhD in Applied Mathematics at the Ecole des Mines de Saint-Etienne, France.

My research is mainly focused on developing methods for quantifying uncertainty in computationally expensive numerical models such as those used in climate and environmental predictions. This includes work on Gaussian process emulation, adaptive design of computer experiments, Bayesian optimisation, as well as uncertainty and sensitivity analysis.

I am seeking enthusiastic PhD students interested in these areas. If you would like to discuss potential research opportunities, please feel free to get in touch.
