Dr Dimitar Vlaykov

Dr Dimitar G. Vlaykov is an expert in fluid dynamics, specialising in modelling and analysis of non-linear processes and turbulence.

He uses numerical simulations to generate and analyse data. 

Dimitar has worked on problems involving homogeneous and isotropic turbulence, compressible magnetohydrodynamics, stellar hydrodynamics and cosmology. He currently works on involving numerical weather prediction and atmospheric convection.
